Where can I be educated on the Taco stand/Food stand business?

I am looking to venture into the Taco Stand business. I know nothing at this point! I am 23 years old, currently own 2 business’s- Aspiring entrepreneur. I have ALWAYS! wanted to own my own restaurant. Can’t wait! But for now, I want to open a food stand. First of all- I don’t even know where to get the food stand. I’m in LA so I’m sure there is a place, I googled around for a while & couldn’t find anything.
